Presently Working As Joint Director In CCS National Institute Of Animal Health, Baghpat From 19th August 2016 To Till Date.

Obtained Master’s Degree And Graduated In in Veterinary Science & Veterinary Pathology From G.B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, Uttarakhand. He also qualified Ph.D. from DUVASU, Mathura in the field of Veterinary Pathology
He has done web based course (WB 12073) Laboratory Biosecurity run by CDC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 2012 and now member of American Biological Safety Association (ABSA).
