He has published more than 300 review articles, research papers, clinical article, short communications, lead papers, chapters in manuals, training lectures and abstracts / papers presented in national and international seminars. He has authored three books and contributed 27 chapters in different books. He has honor of being editor/ associate editor/member of editorial board of 15 national and international journals of reputes along with reviewer of 23 national and international peer reviewed journals.

Dr. Amit Kumar, Associate Professor in Department of Immunology & Defense Mechanism, SVPUAT, Meerut and Fellow of SIIP and SSDAT completed his B.V.Sc. & A.H. at G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar in 1998, M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Bacteriology from IVRI, Izatnagar, PhD in Veterinary Microbiology from DUVASU, Mathura, and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from LBSIMDS, Lucknow. His research area mainly focused in vaccine development and antimicrobial resistance involving ethno microbiology of medicinal plants against human and veterinary pathogens as well as scientific validation of indigenous traditional knowledge.
